A healthy lifestyle has never been as important as it is today with our busy schedules, competing demands on our time, and tendency to be plugged in to our electronic devices. Added to this is the tendency to eat processed foods, to remain sedentary, and to overall pay little attention to our self-care.

Our physical health affects our mental health and each affects our functioning and productivity. This is why I launched a Facebook page that offers tips for healthy living with a focus on mental health.
